Key Responsibilities

  • •Provide quantitative and qualitative support for affordable housing loan origination and execution (agency, FHA, private placement).
  • •Model and evaluate new financing opportunities, delivering financial modeling plus property and market analysis for debt investors.
  • •Partner with mortgage bankers to pitch execution options and act as a product specialist across affordable housing products (Fannie Mae, Freddie Mac, and Private Placement investors).
  • •Work with support staff, transaction managers, underwriters, and credit to prepare preliminary and final loan submissions.
  • •Order third-party reports, complete compliance requirements, and support due diligence, underwriting, and closing processes; participate in site inspections when necessary.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s degree in finance, accounting, business administration, economics, or Real Estate.
  • •3+ years of experience in finance, accounting, real estate, investment banking, or consulting including Real Estate Finance.
