Senior HR Services Specialist, HR Share Services (Singapore, Singapore)

Own end-to-end employee lifecycle administration for a newly forming HR Services team in the regional HQ. Provide accurate, timely, service-oriented HR administrative support to employees and line managers, supporting onboarding through offboarding. Prepare and process employment contracts, maintain employee master data in SuccessFactors and SAP, ensure payroll-related data accuracy, manage lifecycle changes and exits, support HR topics in English, and collaborate closely with HR Business Partners, HR Managers, stakeholders, and external authorities.
