Key Responsibilities

•Conduct needs assessment conversations with families to identify educational goals and appropriate learning solutions
•Apply your education/teaching/training experience to recommend personalized learning solutions for each prospective student/family
•Build trust and establish credibility through consultative conversations and demonstrated expertise
•Demonstrate subject matter expertise in Nerdy’s educational products and services to inform buying decisions
•Participate in a structured 6-week training program and coordinate a post-training schedule that aligns with center-time shifts
