Key Responsibilities

  • •Manage and resolve incidents and requests via ServiceNow (ticket-based model).
  • •Operate and support enterprise security infrastructure.
  • •Administer security platforms including firewalls, secure web gateways, VPN access, WAF, and NAC.
  • •Handle digital certificate management (issuance, renewal, troubleshooting) and secure email administration.
  • •Perform preventive/corrective maintenance, proactive monitoring and troubleshooting, document technical procedures, and contribute to continuous improvement and automation.

Key Requirements

  • •2-3 years of experience operating security infrastructure (N1/N2).
  • •FP Grado Superior in Computer Science, Telecommunications, or similar.
  • •Knowledge administering firewalls and security policies.
  • •Experience with proxy and secure browsing environments, VPNs, and secure email (EOP/Proofpoint or similar).
  • •Basic scripting/automation skills and ability to work in a team with service orientation and problem-solving.
