Key Responsibilities

  • •Provide all documentation and perform all duties required to become a recognized instructor or Instructor of Record.

  • •Provide support in response to student email, voicemail, and discussion board inquiries within 1 business day.
  • •Utilize strong understanding with webinar/livestreaming technology and online instruction.

Key Requirements

  • •Minimum 3-5 years of experience as a licensed real estate salesperson, broker, or attorney
  • •Be fluent in both Spanish and English
  • •Active real estate license for California (salesperson or broker) required
  • •DREI certification preferred but not required
  • •Previous instruction and/or training experience strongly preferred
