Key Responsibilities

  • •Update freight rates database using buyers’ information, correcting obsolete carriers/equipment and standardizing postal codes and city names.
  • •Conduct pre-billing analysis by monitoring reporting errors daily, analyzing manual price changes by plant, and searching/correcting wrong distances.
  • •Extract European fuel indexes (IRU) as part of ongoing transportation analytics.
  • •Occasionally support plants using the pre-billing tool.

Pay and Benefits

Salary: EUR 14,400 - 18,000 annually

Key Requirements

  • •Good knowledge of the transport environment, including transport regulation fundamentals, and understanding corporate accounting management.
  • •Intermediate to good level French and native to fluent English.
  • •Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to adapt to tools, procedures, and working methods.
  • •Proficiency with office tools, especially Excel (good level) and spreadsheet skills such as Excel Power Query, Power Automate, and Power BI.
  • •Minimum 2 years university degree in accounting/finance controlling or a degree in transportation/logistics/procurement/data analytics (MBA/Master also acceptable).
