Key Responsibilities

  • •Coordinate with team leaders/project managers and customers to understand on-site installation and repair requirements, including forecasting issues and gathering materials.
  • •Serve as the direct customer contact and ensure customer satisfaction by diagnosing, repairing, and maintaining HVAC systems and equipment at customer locations.
  • •Commission, troubleshoot, and start up HVAC systems in a commercial environment.
  • •Use blueprints or engineering specifications and hand tools (plus cutting-edge software/technology) to diagnose and repair units.
  • •Enforce safety standards and maintain security and accountability of company assets by recording use, wear, and conditions.

Key Requirements

  • •High School Diploma or equivalent; typically 3-5+ years of HVAC experience.

  • •Valid driver’s license for at least 12 months with no major/frequent traffic violations.
