Corporate Development Associate (M&A)

Own end-to-end M&A execution from LOI through close across multiple active deals. Lead diligence workstreams by coordinating internal functional teams, synthesizing findings, and escalating risks early. Perform financial analysis and underwriting, manage the data room and deliverables, and support transaction documentation and closing coordination. Contribute to post-close integration planning and deliver clear, executive-ready deal status updates and key decision summaries.
