Key Responsibilities

  • •Develop and drive strategy and direction for Integration Center execution aligned to corporate vision and objectives.
  • •Provide oversight for Integration Center responsibilities across construction and system operations work plans and customer programs and controls in seven states.
  • •Provide visible, active, and calm leadership during critical events and collaborate with other Integration Center leaders during incidents to ensure business continuity.
  • •Drive accountability for compliance within the Integration Center and maintain partnerships with operations and planning teams.
  • •Provide effective communication, motivation, guidance, training, and knowledge to the team; manage toward financial and departmental targets and lead QA/QC for gas work management activities.

Salary: USD 160,100 - 240,100 annually

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor's degree in Operations/Business Management/Engineering or equivalent work experience.
  • •3+ years of leadership experience in operations or work management-related activities.
