Key Responsibilities

  • •Greet customers entering the service area, answer questions, and direct them to the appropriate person or location.
  • •Provide shuttle rides and perform valet pick-ups and drop-offs.
  • •Determine whether customers have service appointments and record customer and vehicle details, including VIN and mileage.
  • •Move, drive, and park vehicles within dealership premises to maintain traffic flow.
  • •Maintain dealership cleanliness (lot, driveways, sidewalks), install seat/steering covers and mats/I.D. tags, and assist with loaner vehicles while following safety policies.
