Key Responsibilities

  • •Define oncology algorithm product strategy by identifying and prioritizing opportunities to develop algorithm-driven diagnostics and data products that address unmet needs in oncology care and drug development.
  • •Lead development of diagnostic algorithms and data products by partnering with bioinformatics and data science teams to translate genomic and clinical datasets into clinically meaningful algorithms supporting MRD detection and monitoring; therapy response prediction; biomarker development; and clinical trial applications.
  • •Drive product lifecycle management by leading cross-functional teams through concept development, validation strategy, launch planning, and ongoing product optimization.
  • •Guide products from concept through validation and commercialization, expanding impact across precision oncology and biopharma partnerships.
  • •Collaborate with bioinformatics, data science, clinical, and commercial teams to ensure scientific rigor aligns with commercial impact.

Key Requirements
