Key Responsibilities

  • •Support the Production & Maintenance Manager in day-to-day operational management of the department.
  • •Create, update, and monitor detailed production plans, and flag issues related to capacity and resource availability.
  • •Manage production priorities based on production or supply-chain urgencies.
  • •Analyze deviations from the production plan and support continuous improvement using data analysis.
  • •Verify and record production data by loading it into SAP and closing production sheets; maintain operational instructions and support safety/area responsibilities and risk mitigation for non-standard activities.

Key Requirements

  • •Technical diploma or short university degree, preferably in a chemical field.
  • •Preferably experience in industrial production/planning, ideally in chemical batch production contexts.
  • •Basic knowledge of English.
  • •Strong Office skills, especially Excel (pivot tables, formulas).
  • •Organizational skills and priority management under stress; practical operational problem-solving; strong communication and teamwork.
