Deliver an elevated, personalized shopping experience as the front-line ambassador for Coach. Meet individual and store sales goals through cross-selling and tailored recommendations, building lasting client relationships via clienteling and social selling (including short-form video). Support daily store operations with mobile POS use, transactions, inventory processing, replenishment, and visual merchandising—while maintaining service standards and following retail and asset protection procedures.
