Key Responsibilities

•Deploy and support hardware network solutions across geographically separated environments, including installation, configuration, and ongoing change support.
•Plan, design, migrate, and troubleshoot client network installation activities in partnership with operations and cross-functional teams.
•Handle network-related issues including LAN/WAN, SD-WAN, DNS, and firewall issues, providing support to employees and internal teams globally.
•Perform network security patching and work closely with the Cyber Security team to manage security patches for assigned tasks.
•Provide technical overviews and documentation for internal and external clients, including network designs/configurations, network diagrams, and timely incident resolution via ServiceNow SLAs.

Key Requirements

•Hands-on experience with network protocols and features including IPv4/subnetting, OSPF, BGP, TCP/UDP, STP, QoS, Multicasting (IGMP/PIM), and routing/AAA (Tacacs, Radius).
•Hands-on experience with Cisco and Juniper firewalls and Cisco routers, plus working knowledge of LAN/WAN and SD-WAN.
•Experience with Cisco ISR Router, Cisco/Juniper/Dell L2 and L3 switches, and Cisco/Meraki Access Points.
•Experience with WAN technologies (P2P, STM, ISDN, SD-WAN) and knowledge of VSAT and MPLS.
•Hands-on experience with monitoring and troubleshooting tools such as SolarWinds, Wireshark, IT360, ManageEngine, and Whatsup Gold.
