Key Responsibilities

•Lead strategic relationships with enterprise clients to drive TikTok Shop adoption and commerce media strategy.
•Serve as a subject matter expert on TikTok Shop Ads, educating clients and internal stakeholders on capabilities, best practices, and roadmap developments.
•Collaborate with Product Marketing, Client Solutions, and TikTok Shop eCommerce teams to deliver integrated media plans and high-impact solutions.
•Identify growth opportunities across the client portfolio and develop tailored activation plans to maximize Shop Ads usage and performance.
•Analyze campaign performance and business data to inform strategy and provide actionable recommendations while staying ahead of market and competitive trends.

Key Requirements

•3+ years of experience in digital advertising, eCommerce, or media sales.
•Bachelor’s degree in a related area.
•Proven success managing complex client relationships with consultative, data-driven solutions.
•Strong understanding of eCommerce ecosystem, performance marketing, and retail media strategies.
•English proficiency and fluency in Portuguese for frequent communication with global and local teams and clients.
