Key Responsibilities

  • •Use the consultative sales process and Financial Needs Assessment to build customer profiles and identify current and future financial needs.
  • •Recommend retail consumer and small business solutions using the company value proposition and maintain in-depth product/service knowledge.
  • •Proactively reach out to customers using CAMP and other approved marketing tools to set appointments for periodic financial reviews.
  • •Cross-sell to existing customers and participate in outside sales activities such as business sales calls and community financial literacy events.
  • •Manage loan processes through closing and support the financial center opening/closing process as directed by the Financial Center Manager.

Key Requirements

  • •College degree or work experience with transferrable skills, or a combination of education and experience.
  • •Experience in the financial industry preferred.
  • •Ability to develop comfort with sales activities to acquire new consumer household and small business customers and cross-sell to established customers.
  • •Demonstrated understanding of advanced math functions to analyze credit and financial information.
  • •This position requires S.A.F.E. Act registration through the Nationwide Mortgage Licensing System (NMLS).
