Lounge Supervisor - Mauritius

Supervise lounge operations under the Senior Emirates Official, deploying Lounge Agents and coordinating service suppliers to deliver expected service levels to Emirates customers. Manage day-to-day operational criteria, handle passenger queries and complaints, and ensure accurate reporting, stock control, and expenditure management for food and consumables. Coach and motivate lounge staff, conduct audits for standards compliance, and support ticket desk and operational duties as needed.
