Key Responsibilities

  • •Du arbeitest in der direkten Pflege im Notfall und bist für die professionelle, interdisziplinäre und evidenzbasierte Betreuung der Patientinnen und Patienten zuständig.
  • •Die Beratung und das Coaching der Teammitglieder in Pflegefachfragen gehören zu deinen Kernaufgaben, sowie die Förderung der interdisziplinären Zusammenarbeit
  • •Du beteiligst dich aktiv in übergeordneten pflegefachspezifischen Arbeitsgruppen und Projekten und verantwortest die Begleitung und Mitarbeit bei der Umsetzung von Veränderungen
  • •Zudem bist du beteiligt an der Einführung, Schulung, Implementierung und Evaluation von Pflegerichtlinien, Handlungsanweisungen und Konzepten

Key Requirements

  • •Dipl. Pflegefachfrau/-mann (HF / FH) oder NDS Notfallpflege
  • •Pflegespezifische Weiterbildung auf Stufe CAS oder DAS (oder die Bereitschaft, eine solche Weiterbildung zu absolvieren)
  • •Mehrjährige Berufserfahrung als Dipl. Pflegefachperson, vorzugsweise im Akut-Spital. Erfahrung im Notfallsetting von Vorteil.
  • •Vertiefte Kompetenzen in der Patientenedukation, der Gesprächsführung sowie klinischer Entscheidungsfindung
