Own discovery through realized ROI, craft executive value narratives, and lead business value workshops. Partner with applied value engineers to champion platform adoption and build expansion roadmaps.

•Partner to drive platform adoption and provide R&D feedback based on evolving customer use cases.

Key Requirements

•5+ years owning complex workstreams, process areas, and customer relationships in Value Engineering, Consulting, or Pre-Sales.
•Enterprise IT and business software fluency (e.g., SAP, Workday, Salesforce, Oracle) with AI-tool/copilot capability for rapid outputs and automations.
•Experience executing process improvements and driving value realization for process areas.
•Demonstrated expertise orchestrating multi-region or business unit transformation programs with VP/Director-level stakeholder sponsorship.
•Strong strategic program and stakeholder management skills; flawless English communication (Dutch is a strong bonus).
