Key Requirements

  • •5+ years owning complex workstreams, process areas, and customer relationships in Value Engineering, Consulting, or Pre-Sales.
  • •Enterprise IT and business software fluency (e.g., SAP, Workday, Salesforce, Oracle) with AI-tool/copilot capability for rapid outputs and automations.
  • •Experience executing process improvements and driving value realization for process areas.
  • •Demonstrated expertise orchestrating multi-region or business unit transformation programs with VP/Director-level stakeholder sponsorship.
  • •Strong strategic program and stakeholder management skills; flawless English communication (Dutch is a strong bonus).
