Key Responsibilities

  • •Develop and execute category strategies across Marketing and Corporate Services, leveraging market knowledge, supplier insight, and business understanding to optimize spend and outcomes.
  • •Autonomously manage a pipeline of strategic, complex, and high-value procurement projects across multiple categories, prioritising and adapting support as needs change.
  • •Build and lead stakeholder relationships across the business, including Executive and C-suite level, providing trusted procurement expertise.
  • •Act as a subject matter expert across Marketing and Corporate Services procurement, identifying market trends, supplier capabilities, and commercial opportunities.
  • •Identify and deliver savings, cost avoidance, and value-generation opportunities; manage supplier and commercial risk and support supplier performance management.

Key Requirements

  • •Experience working in a fast-paced procurement environment with multiple competing priorities and the ability to autonomously manage and deliver high-volume work.
  • •Strong category management experience across Marketing and Corporate Services categories (e.g., agency, media, creative, professional services, people services, facilities, business support).
  • •Proven ability to develop and execute category strategies delivering commercial value, operational efficiencies, innovation, and risk mitigation.
  • •Demonstrable experience leading complex sourcing events, negotiations, and high-value procurement projects through to contract execution within tight timelines.
  • •Strong understanding of procurement systems, governance, policies, and processes, with a proactive approach to continuous improvement.
