Job Summary

Build and optimize core backend systems for a global payments compliance platform, including KYC, AML, and sanctions screening workflows. Contribute to the architecture of intelligent compliance review systems using LLMs, AI agents, RAG, knowledge bases, and workflow orchestration. Partner with product, compliance, operations, and risk-algorithm teams to deliver scalable, reliable platform capabilities, while improving stability, observability, testing, and engineering quality.

Job Function: Software Engineering

Key Responsibilities

•Design, develop, and optimize core systems for the Global Payment compliance platform, including case management, review workflows, configuration, QC, and operational efficiency products.
•Build highly available, scalable, and maintainable backend services for KYC, AML, sanctions screening, and other payments risk/compliance scenarios.
•Develop intelligent compliance review capabilities by applying LLMs, AI agents, RAG, knowledge bases, workflow orchestration, and related technologies.
•Create AI-assisted and automated review features to improve operational efficiency, decision quality, and end-to-end automation.
•Improve system stability, performance, observability, engineering quality, and support incident remediation, automated testing, and process improvements.

Key Requirements

•Bachelor’s degree or above in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related technical field.
•Strong software engineering fundamentals, including proficiency in at least one mainstream language such as Go, Java, Python, or C++.
•Backend engineering experience with distributed systems, microservices, databases, caches, and message queues.
•Ability to independently design, develop, and deliver modules in complex business scenarios with strong engineering quality mindset.
•Strong ownership, learning ability, and communication skills to collaborate effectively across product, operations, compliance, algorithms, and engineering teams.
