Key Responsibilities

  • •Apply BABOK methodologies and tools alongside established project management standards and procedures.
  • •Elicit, document, and validate business requirements using methods such as interviews, document analysis, requirements workshops, surveys, and site visits/observation.
  • •Create business analysis artifacts including BRDs, process maps, functional requirements documents, traceability matrices, use cases, UI wireframes, functional specification documents, and business cases.
  • •Act as a requirements conduit between stakeholder community and delivery/technical teams.
  • •Manage requirements through the project lifecycle to ensure scope adherence and translate business needs into application and operational requirements.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s degree in business, computer science, or a related field plus at least 8 years of relevant experience, or a three-year college diploma plus 10 years (or equivalent).
  • •Strong business analysis experience across enterprise analysis, requirements management/planning, requirements elicitation and communication, requirements analysis and documentation, and solution assessment/validation.
  • •Preferred: CBAP certification and membership in IIBA.
  • •Experience supporting large, complex projects/programs, preferably in the infrastructure sector, including managing multiple simultaneous initiatives.
  • •Demonstrated knowledge and practical application of BABOK (Business Analysis Body of Knowledge) methodology, plus strong written/verbal communication and stakeholder facilitation skills.
