Key Responsibilities

  • •Source and recruit for a variety of roles across different functions leveraging strong sourcing skillset, which may include engineering, product, customer success, operations, and more.
  • •Partner with hiring managers to understand the unique needs of each department and develop effective recruiting strategies.
  • •Manage end-to-end recruitment processes from sourcing and screening candidates to scheduling and conducting interviews, and extending offers.
  • •Ensure a smooth and exceptional candidate experience by guiding candidates through every step of the hiring process.
  • •Drive local recruiting presence, engaging with local market, events and networks to build pipeline across all roles

Pay and Benefits

Salary: USD 140,000 - 160,000 annually

Key Requirements

  • •4+ years of recruiting experience across a wide range of functions, with multiple runs at tech startups
  • •Proven success in hiring for a variety of roles, from technical to non-technical positions
  • •Strong understanding of the entire recruiting lifecycle, with a strong focus on sourcing, screening, scheduling, interviewing, and offer negotiation
  • •Experience with the Ashby applicant tracking system and bring a strong commitment to data integrity and building scalable processes
  • •Must have and maintain US work authorization.
