Key Responsibilities

  • •Collaborate with finance, technology, and operations stakeholders to deliver scalable solutions.
  • •Develop and execute the vision for a modern, digital finance function, including selecting and implementing finance technologies.
  • •Establish standardized, centralized data sets and improve reporting tools to deliver real-time business information to leaders.
  • •Complete month-end deliverables by consolidating regional, business unit, and local financials for actuals and forecast; validate submissions and prepare analysis.
  • •Coordinate forecasting and planning guidance and support local finance teams as needed, including maintaining templates and headcount tracking/reporting.

Key Requirements

  • •University degree in a finance or accounting related field.
  • •Strong understanding of modern finance technologies including AI, Power BI, Power Automate, Power Apps, automation, and ERP systems.
  • •Expertise in finance processes and experience leading system or process improvement initiatives.
  • •Proven requirements gathering, documentation, and Agile delivery experience.
  • •Ability to analyze large datasets from multiple sources with strong attention to detail and accuracy.
