Key Responsibilities

  • •Plan and execute NextGen events and services with campus staff, helping draw families into the church.
  • •Implement NextGen Coordinator strategy that launches children into a lifetime of faith in Jesus Christ.
  • •Recruit, train, develop, and support volunteers and student team leaders, ensuring adequate coverage and safety.
  • •Prepare NextGen classrooms each week and coordinate materials and supplies with the Central Resource Coordinator.
  • •Schedule students and volunteers for Sundays and provide leadership during programming, including welcoming families and supporting small or large groups.

Pay and Benefits

Salary: USD 25 - 35 hourly

Key Requirements

  • •College degree or 2 years’ experience in a youth ministry.
  • •Experience overseeing and developing staff and lay leaders in ministry.
  • •Experience working in a church with multiple locations.
  • •Ability to recruit, develop, identify, and multiply high-capacity volunteers.
  • •Strong theological foundation and knowledge of student/youth ministry best practices.
