Key Responsibilities

  • •Set up and operate NC/CNC and conventional machines in casting cells to perform machining operations to produce explosion-proof parts.
  • •Read and follow assembly drawings, wiring diagrams, machining blueprints, operation data sheets, parts program/tape readouts, and change tools as needed.
  • •Perform first-piece and periodic gauge checks and visually inspect parts for appearance and compliance; correct discrepancies.
  • •Maintain tool/fixture inventory, assemble tool setup packages, manage materials flow, and operate fork truck and MRS as required.
  • •Support troubleshooting of malfunctions, perform minor TPM activities, administer 5-S, and maintain a clean, safe, orderly work area.

Pay and Benefits

Salary: USD 25.89 hourly

Key Requirements

  • •High School Diploma or GED certificate.
  • •6 months of manufacturing experience.
  • •6 months of CNC lathe experience.
  • •No relocation benefit is offered; candidates must reside within 50 miles of Syracuse, NY.
