Job Summary

Lead customer-facing design and optimization of GPU workloads on Vultr’s cloud platform. Partner with Direct Sales, Customer Success, Product, Engineering, and Support to translate customer objectives into solution architectures, run deep technical discussions, and resolve complex challenges. Build reference architectures and educational materials with Marketing, influence product direction through Voice of the Customer, and guide deployments from initial design to production. Travel is required.

Key Requirements

•5+ years of design, implementation, or consulting in applications and infrastructure experience.
•4+ years of Solution Engineering, Sales Engineering, Professional Services, or Consulting experience.
•3+ years of deploying GPU-based AI, ML & Analytics solutions across training, inference, fine-tuning, reinforcement learning, or agentic workflows.
•Hands-on experience with workload orchestration, including Kubernetes and Slurm.
•Experience with Infrastructure as Code methodologies (e.g., Terraform, Ansible) and networking knowledge (e.g., Infiniband, RoCE/UEC).
