Key Responsibilities

  • •Develop and implement project plans to complete sites on-time and on-cost while meeting customer satisfaction and key KPIs.
  • •Own the full project lifecycle from sales handoff and initial scoping through implementation, training, and post-implementation support.
  • •Manage operational/tactical relationships with customer stakeholders as the primary point of contact for implementation engagements.
  • •Collaborate with Go-to-Market and other functions to understand customer needs and tailor solutions.
  • •Drive continuous improvements within the end-to-end implementation process using lean tools such as value-stream mapping.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s degree in engineering, information technology, or a related field.
  • •Minimum of 5 years of experience in implementations, project management, or professional services.
  • •Proven experience managing the implementation of hardware and software solutions, ideally in health-tech or high-tech.
  • •Strong project management track record delivering complex projects on time and within budget; PMP certification is strongly preferred.
  • •Working knowledge of lean tools/methodologies and strong communication skills with cross-functional stakeholders.
