Key Responsibilities

  • •Lead assigned automation projects from internal handover and kickoff through final acceptance, handover, and closure.
  • •Develop and maintain the Project Execution Plan including integrated schedule, resource plan, cost baseline, and delivery strategy.
  • •Manage project scope, schedule, cost, quality, and delivery to meet contractual requirements and Honeywell processes.
  • •Coordinate cross-functional activities across engineering, procurement, manufacturing, logistics, testing, field execution, and commissioning.
  • •Own project financial performance (revenue, billing, delivered margin, cash-flow support, forecasts/budgets/EAC) and lead customer/project governance, risk/opportunity and change management.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or related technical discipline (Electrical/Electronics/Computer Science preferable).
  • •8+ years of experience in industrial automation, process control, digital solutions, or complex engineering project execution.
  • •Project management experience in a customer-facing environment, including managing scope, schedule, budget, quality, risk, and stakeholders.
  • •Knowledge of automation control-system project lifecycles, including engineering, system testing, field activities, and commissioning.
  • •PMP (or equivalent) project management certification is valued.
