Key Responsibilities

  • •Independently execute technical project delivery from design to closure for process historian, visualizations, and alarm management applications.
  • •Develop design documents including FDS, DDS, test procedures, and training manuals.
  • •Translate functional requirements into technical requirements and coordinate with cross-functional teams across integration, dashboards, and reporting.
  • •Implement PHD historian and UI visualization (reports/dashboards), as well as Dynamo metrics and reporting, documentation and enforcement applications.
  • •Oversee, supervise, and review team member tasks; issue clear instructions and mentor junior colleagues to support delivery and growth.
Travel: Extensive travel

Key Requirements

  • •4-8 years of experience implementing process data historian and visualization applications such as PHD, OSIsoft PI, ASPEN IP 21, and PI Vision (or similar).
  • •Experience with process data historian configuration/troubleshooting, including transferring plant data from L2 to L4 business networks.
  • •Knowledge of alarm systems and alarm configuration across DCS platforms (e.g., Honeywell, Yokogawa, ABB, Schneider) and alarm master/rationalization processes.
  • •Ability to develop or modify HMI graphics and implement historian/UI visualization, notifications, and event requirements.
  • •Working knowledge of standards and integrations (e.g., ISA 18.2, IEC 62682; OPC, OLEDB, ODBC, web services) plus SQL/SSRS is preferred.
