Key Responsibilities

  • •Review and approve marketing materials against work papers to ensure quality and adherence to Pathward, Network, and Regulatory guidelines.
  • •Work with the partner relationship team to establish and maintain strong relationships through communication via phone, email, and meetings.
  • •Collaborate with internal teams (legal, compliance, and network operations) to address client needs and deliver solutions.
  • •Complete program implementation tasks and submit programs to payment networks for review and approval.
  • •Train partners on the marketing submission portal, monitor usage, and manage the self-approval process while maintaining qualification levels. Conduct periodic compliance reviews, remediate findings, and meet service level and quality score targets.
