Key Responsibilities

  • •Manage and maintain the SailPoint IIQ platform, including configuration, troubleshooting, and performance tuning.
  • •Partner with the SailPoint IIQ Development team on enhancements and operational handover activities.
  • •Implement and maintain IAM policies and procedures in collaboration with cross-functional teams.
  • •Monitor the IIQ platform for security vulnerabilities and compliance issues and take corrective action as needed.
  • •Troubleshoot joiner/mover/leaver access and authentication issues; use scripting for automation and maintain platform documentation.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor's degree in computer science, information technology, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
  • •3+ years of experience in an IT operations role focused on Identity and Access management.
  • •2+ years of hands-on experience administering and configuring SailPoint IdentityIQ.
  • •Experience with ServiceNow and managing to defined SLAs.
  • •Good understanding of LDAP, Active Directory, Azure AD/EntraID, SSO, MFA, and PAM.
