Key Responsibilities

  • •Identify growth opportunities with key naval shipyards and anticipate their needs, constraints, and future acquisition campaigns.
  • •Build and run account plans and associated capture plans, analyze the competitive landscape, and align strategy with management and relevant teams.
  • •Develop trusted relationships with key naval shipyards, promote Thales solutions, and position differentiators against competitors.
  • •Lead bid/offers construction by coordinating commercial, technical, and bid teams, defining commercial strategy, running decision reviews, and ensuring proposal quality.
  • •Conduct commercial and contractual negotiations for framework contracts and amendments to secure order intake, and manage internal/external stakeholder relationships including international events and export license requests.

Key Requirements

  • •5 to 10 years of experience in Business Development and/or Sales/Commerce, ideally in complex and international environments.
  • •Experience in commercial development and capture strategy with international institutional clients.
  • •Proven ability with sales and negotiation techniques in BtoG and BtoB contexts.
  • •Experience leading complex offers, coordinating bid teams, and conducting decision reviews.
  • •Fluent English is required; leadership, negotiation drive, relationship skills, teamwork, autonomy, adaptability, and results orientation are key strengths.
