Key Responsibilities

  • •Own product strategy and roadmaps for assigned acceptance solutions products and capabilities, aligning vision and priorities with merchant needs, enterprise priorities, and payments industry trends.
  • •Lead end-to-end digital product management from customer and market needs through definition, requirements, prioritization, development, launch, scaling, and lifecycle management.
  • •Translate strategy into execution by developing and prioritizing product capabilities and maintaining a product backlog based on customer value, business impact, technical dependencies, economics, risk, and priorities.
  • •Partner closely with technology and engineering teams to translate strategy into actionable capabilities and requirements, resolve dependencies and trade-offs, and enable predictable delivery.
  • •Develop product success measures and performance indicators using quantitative and qualitative insights to evaluate performance and inform roadmap decisions.
