Key Responsibilities

  • •Ensure Group policies, rules, and regulations are complied with at all times.
  • •Provide day-to-day secretarial support and administrative support to assigned team(s) and visiting executives as appropriate.
  • •Prepare documents and presentation materials with attention to detail.
  • •Organize, file, and distribute office materials using central filing and electronic archiving systems in line with audit/compliance guidelines.
  • •Manage calendars and scheduling: coordinate appointments/meetings, actively manage banker(s) calendars, and arrange travel and submit travel/expense reports per Group policy.

Key Requirements

  • •Ensure all Group policies, rules and regulations are complied with at all times.
  • •Provide secretarial and administrative support to assigned team(s) and visiting executives.
  • •Have good communication and interpersonal skills, including proven ability in dealing with clients at all levels.
  • •Demonstrate effective time management and planning skills to manage a substantial workload without sacrificing quality.
  • •Strong IT/PC skills, including MS Office, with fluent verbal and written English.
