Key Responsibilities

  • •Analyze and redesign organizational structures and business processes to streamline operations and improve workflow.
  • •Align organizational design efforts with strategic goals, collaborating with senior leadership and cross-functional teams (including HR).
  • •Facilitate organizational change initiatives, including managing employee/leader support and delivering communication plans for stakeholders.
  • •Process and validate employee status changes (promotions, salary adjustments, transfers, benefit amendments) in line with approved policies and Delegation of Authority (DoA) Matrix.
  • •Calculate, administer, and audit compensation and benefits transactions, and prepare monthly reports on allowances, CTC, manpower costs, bonuses, and benefit expenditures.

Key Requirements

  • •Analyze current organizational structure to identify strengths, weaknesses, and opportunities for improvement using data-driven insights.
  • •Design and recommend organizational structure and process changes that align with company strategy and improve efficiency and effectiveness.
  • •Manage organizational change initiatives, including communication plans and stakeholder enablement to drive adoption.
  • •Proficiency in data analysis and visualization tools to interpret organizational data and present insights to stakeholders.
  • •SAP/ERP functional knowledge and at least 5 years of relevant experience; 8+ years total experience preferred.
  • •ERP knowledge preferably SAP functional skills are a requirement to be successful in this role.
