Key Responsibilities

•Operate and/or maintain automated palletizing equipment to tape, stack, palletize, and/or wrap boxes on packaging lines.
•Facilitate machine setups, changeovers, procedural adjustments, shutdown, and cleanup to ensure correct processing and packaging.
•Complete daily production forms, calculate case counts, and enter data into the production inventory system.
•Maintain a clean work environment and accurately inventory product in the -10 freezer while keeping it organized.
•Ensure product acceptance and compliance with USDA, SSOPs, GMPs, and HAACP; perform required EIM/SAP functions for the shipping and palletizing department.

Key Requirements

•At least three (3) month experience with processing equipment used in food processing or 3 months operating and maintaining machines like slicers.

•Maintain product rotation and ensure product/packaging integrity.
•Ensure compliance with USDA, SSOPs, GMPs, and HAACP while maintaining accurate production reporting.
