•Prep vehicles for paint, including sanding, masking, taping, bagging, unbagging/tear down, and buffing.
•Work in one of Carvana’s high-tech Inspection Centers as part of the reconditioning process.
•Use state-of-the-art tools to prepare vehicles for cosmetic paintwork.
•Follow safety procedures and use required protective equipment.
•Complete entry-level training programs to build skills and progress pay with the company.

Key Requirements

•Minimum 6 months of professional automotive prepping experience.
•Physically operate vehicle equipment and tools, including lifting up to 60 pounds independently.

•Ability to work in a fast-paced, ever-changing production environment, including exposure to excessive heat/cold.
•Use safety equipment (e.g., face shield or goggles, non-slip shoes, gloves, mask, and protective garments).
