Key Responsibilities

  • •Manage custody new business implementations and fund launches for global clients, setting transition guidelines with stakeholders.
  • •Act as primary contact for transition issues and provide Northern Trust requirements to clients and relevant third parties.
  • •Develop transition deliverables by identifying processing needs and translating them into procedures and documentation across internal areas.
  • •Coordinate pre-implementation and ongoing transition meetings, align workstream activities across regions, and provide leadership to SMEs/BAs.
  • •Ensure project success by maintaining the onboarding schedule, tracking milestones and deliverables, managing scope changes, and escalating risks and resource needs as needed.

Key Requirements

  • •Manage new business implementations for global custody clients by establishing transition guidelines with client and internal stakeholders.
  • •Serve as primary client contact for transition issues, communicating Northern Trust requirements directly to clients, consultants, and investment managers.
  • •Coordinate client servicing and transition teams by determining unique processing needs and converting them into internal procedures and documentation.
  • •Lead project execution for custody workstreams, including creating and maintaining transition project plans and the onboarding schedule.
  • •Use strong organizational, analytical, negotiation, communication, and presentation skills, and be proficient with Microsoft Project, Visio, PowerPoint, Excel, and Word.
