Job Summary

Build and operate Thinking Machines’ macOS endpoint management platform as a secure, production service. You’ll author configuration-as-code with progressive delivery, run MDM operations (including an Iru-to-Fleet migration), and own Santa/Rudolph binary authorization and synchronization. Partner with Security and Identity to implement Zero Trust/device trust, continuously evaluate device posture, automate patching and zero-touch provisioning, and serve as an escalation point for complex endpoint issues.

Key Responsibilities

•Author, review, test, and progressively deploy macOS endpoint configuration as code, including canary validation and rollback processes.
•Operate the MDM platform as a production service, handling configuration-as-code, observability, upgrades, reliability, and incident response.
•Lead the Iru-to-Fleet migration: evaluate, design, test, and execute a phased move with minimal employee disruption.
•Own the Santa/Rudolph architecture and operation, including binary-authorization policies, rule distribution, telemetry, observability, and incident response.
•Implement Zero Trust/device trust by integrating continuous posture evaluation signals into authentication, authorization, and conditional access, plus automate patching and zero-touch provisioning.

Pay and Benefits

Salary: USD 190,000 - 300,000 annually
