Key Responsibilities

  • •Drive delivery of Digital Payment Credential capabilities across priority initiatives and markets.
  • •Manage delivery milestones, dependencies, risks, and stakeholder communications; coordinate cross-functional teams for market readiness.
  • •Lead product initiatives for Identity Wallets integration and digital identity ecosystems, collaborating with wallet providers, issuers, ecosystem partners, and engineering to enable interoperability.
  • •Translate business opportunities into structured product requirements and technical specifications; partner with Engineering, Architecture, Legal, Security, and CX&D.
  • •Monitor ecosystem developments (eIDAS, EUDI Wallets, OpenID, FIDO Alliance, EMVCo, W3C) and track adoption, pilot outcomes, feedback, and operational performance metrics.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor's degree required; Master's degree preferred.
  • •Experience in product management, program management, payments, authentication, digital identity, or adjacent technology domains.
  • •Demonstrated ability to manage complex cross-functional initiatives.
  • •Understanding of authentication technologies, digital identity ecosystems, wallet architectures, or payment platforms.
  • •Ability to synthesize technical, regulatory, and business requirements into actionable product direction.
