Associate Technical Program Manager, Operations & Infrastructure (O&I)

Support the planning and delivery of Operations & Infrastructure technology initiatives by coordinating across engineering, infrastructure, security, and operations teams. Help track schedules, risks, dependencies, and action items, and assist with meeting organization, agendas, and documentation. Contribute to infrastructure refreshes and platform upgrades while building practical program management skills through guidance, reporting, and stakeholder communication.
