Key Responsibilities

  • •Hang live birds into shackles by grasping each bird by one leg and then the other, positioning breast side away from the hanger.
  • •Operate as the first chain-driven operation after the cage dumper and follow the hang rate process based on bird weight.
  • •Rotate positions from front to back across the line.
  • •Place DOAs into the DOA barrel at the end of the conveyor.
  • •Check for bones and excess fat and remove bones and trim excess fat using the required methods.
