Key Responsibilities

  • •Provide a distinctive client experience by engaging clients and completing complex and standardized transactions with accurate records and proper handling of assigned monies.
  • •Educate clients on digital, self-service solutions including ATMs, Online and Mobile banking.
  • •Support branch sales outreach through outbound calls, checking for client offers, and identifying client needs or opportunities via referrals to branch team members or specialists.
  • •Apply Integrated Relationship Management (IRM) to deliver Truist expertise and solutions to clients’ unique needs.
  • •Adhere to internal controls, operational procedures, and risk management policies; serve as a secondary contact for new account openings and problem resolution.
