Key Requirements

  • •Chartered Engineer status and relevant registrations.
  • •Extensive experience in building engineering, including design and delivery of complex, multidisciplinary building services projects.
  • •Proven experience in a senior technical, project, or business leadership role.
  • •Strong commercial understanding across project budgets, programmes, contracts, and financial performance.
