Key Responsibilities

•Maintain equipment and facilities in safe, productive electro-mechanical condition to support plant reliability and continuous improvement.
•Execute planned and unplanned maintenance work and document findings and data during shift via SAP.
•Repair and install parts, tools, and equipment; fabricate or modify machinery to manufacture or improve products.
•Perform preventative maintenance, inspections, corrective repairs, and special projects/equipment rebuilds.
•Identify, diagnose, and prevent equipment issues using predictive maintenance technologies and methods like RCA/BDA/cause maps.

Pay and Benefits

Salary: USD 32.95 hourly

Key Requirements

•Follow all plant safety procedures and governmental regulatory programs, including Lock-Out Tag-Out, Arc Flash, and Hot Work Permits.
•Perform preventative maintenance, inspections, corrective repairs, and equipment rebuilds to resolve equipment breakdowns.
•Use reliability methodologies such as root cause analysis (RCA) and break down failure analysis (BDA) to identify and prevent repeat failures.
•Interpret technical documents and diagrams including blueprints, schematics, single line electrical drawings, and P&IDs.
•High school diploma or GED and/or formal technical education is preferred, and candidates must pass the plant-specific maintenance test.
