Job Summary

Lead incident command and problem management for complex, business-critical technology issues, driving containment, restoration, RCA, and long-term prevention. Key Responsibilities

•Serve as primary incident commander for complex or business-critical issues, driving containment, restoration, and transparent communication.
•Lead cross-functional technical bridges across operations, security, networking, and engineering during critical events.
•Develop and track RCA-driven prevention plans for systemic issues, including standardized runbooks, escalation frameworks, and proactive detection strategies.
•Own end-to-end Microsoft Intune / Endpoint Manager capabilities (policies, packaging, device compliance, telemetry, optimization) and ensure infrastructure reliability.
•Translate enterprise Plans of Record into executable strategic program workstreams across geographies, managing dependencies, risk, and stakeholder alignment.

Key Requirements

•15+ years in IT infrastructure, incident command, or managed services operations, with experience driving large-scale programs.
•Four-year or graduate degree in computer science, engineering, business administration, or related discipline (or commensurate work experience).
•Proven mastery of Microsoft Intune / Endpoint Manager / Autopilot and modern management frameworks.
•Deep incident management and RCA methodology for complex environments, including executive-critical incident handling and post-incident governance.
•Strong program management and communication skills to influence across peer, executive, and partner levels independently.
