Key Responsibilities

  • •Own the full-stack development of AI-powered product features from UI to backend, including real-time streaming and human-in-the-loop patterns
  • •Translate AI capabilities (RAG pipelines, agentic workflows, structured reasoning) into intuitive customer interactions
  • •Collaborate with AI engineers to define API contracts and output schemas for AI features
  • •Advocate for user experience in technical decisions and surface model output failures for product iteration
  • •Mentor engineers new to AI product development and participate in design reviews to balance depth and product instinct
