Key Responsibilities

•Ensure the efficient operation of WSP’s internal Enterprise Compute and Storage services and infrastructure.
•Maintain the integrity of deployed asset data and ensure accurate documentation of infrastructure deployment.
•Proactively evaluate infrastructure performance, health, and capacity, developing plans to optimize service consistency and cost effectiveness.
•Lead and guide team members in developing analytical approaches and resolving significant infrastructure issues.
•Proactively manage and monitor services, including suppliers and manufacturers, to ensure alignment with expected service levels.

Key Requirements

•Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
•A minimum of 10 years of hands-on experience in Enterprise Compute and Storage operations.
•At least 10 years of experience designing and implementing hypervisors (VMware, AHV, Hyper-V).
•At least 10 years of experience designing and implementing enterprise storage solutions for structured and unstructured data.
•Experience working in large, global enterprise IT environments with ITIL-aligned service management.
