Key Responsibilities

  • •Monitor production floor activity to ensure plant personnel follow safety guidelines.
  • •Carry out hazard and near-miss investigations and identify opportunities to improve safety culture.
  • •Ensure emergency protocols are in place and understood by all employees.
  • •Maintain safety documentation and records for shift personnel, ensuring accuracy and compliance.
  • •Partner with HSE leadership to identify and mitigate plant risks and implement corrective actions.
